Game Analysis:

This isn’t a game that is being played in 5 years. This exciting young Falcons core of offensive skill players that everyone is raving about is still super young. They don’t have experience, they barely have a quarterback, and they definitely don’t have a strong defense. The Bengals are going to win this game and trust me, it won’t be close at all.

The Bengals are honestly considered one of the world’s superteams. They have one of, if not, the best offense in the NFL, and it’s not really close. Their wide receiver depth alone is like the Mariana trench, it just keeps going. You’re looking at Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd, I mean someone stop me when I get to a player who wouldn’t be a wide receiver one on most teams in the NFL. Their defense is also been on the rise, and it’s at least in a better position than this sorry Falcons team. Even with Joe Burrow sustaining a minor injury, I’m not worried about the explosiveness of the Bengals. And look at that, I haven’t even mentioned Joe Mixon yet. One of the NFL’s premier running backs. This team ain’t worried about this up-and-coming Falcons squad. Pencil in a preseason dub.

The Falcons, as I’ve been saying, are one of the younger teams in the league. At least when you look at their stars and playmakers. Don’t get me wrong, I love Drake London, I love Kyle Pitts, and I love Bijan Robinson. But these guys are only going to be putting up elite production in fantasy. Desmond Ridder is one of the biggest question marks in the NFL right now. We have no idea if he’s about to be the next Josh Allen or the next Sam Darnold. If that position was more rock solid then maybe I’d have more optimism for the Falcons but as of right now, it’s just not. And I don’t even know what to say about this Falcons defense. This team is just going to have to hope and pray that other teams forget how to score against them, or that their offense is as explosive as these guys were in college. But neither one seems super likely right now.

The Bengals have made two deep playoff runs in a row. They’re the better team. So bet on Cincinnati and get your own Friday Beers merch!
