Game Analysis:
It’s the military versus the Tigers as the Golden Knights travel down to Louisiana and face off against LSU. We have a sweet offer from our partner sportsbook, so if you’re thinking of betting on the game make sure to take advantage of it. Here is what you should know.
So Army is not the best football team in the country, well not even close. They have a pretty bad offense, ranking 175th in total yards per game, but they do break into the top 100 in average points a game with 24.5. Defensively they are slightly better allowing 20.2 points a game off of 360ish yards. They do absolutely have the defensive edge in this game as LSU has struggled to stop their opponents, but LSU also is playing in the SEC while Army is independent. I do have to give Army a bit of credit for their run game as they do average almost 200 rushing yards a game which is good for 37th in college football.
Now LSU is favored by over 30 points in this game at the time of writing, and that is for good reason. Despite two tough losses, this team is ranked 19th overall, and has beaten teams like Auburn, Missouri, and Ole Miss. They have the number one offense in terms of yards per game with 561, and are third overall in points scored per game with 45.3. This offense is more lethal than your bowels after a post gym Chipotle run. Chicken all the way btw. Defensively they’re nothing too special, but it usually does not matter as their offense has little trouble outpacing most of their opponents by a large margin. Jayden Daniels has been very impressive, as have his top two receivers Nabers and Thomas. Logan Diggs is a reliable option on the ground, but don’t forget about Jayden’s scrambling ability or he will burn you. I’m siding with Vegas on this one and picking the Tigers to win at home.
If you agree take the Tigers in this one! Go with your gut because either way you get a t-shirt when you bet just $10+ on either team!
