Yeah, so one of these teams lost to Northwestern and UNC. I’ll give you one guess to figure out which one. For all of you who guessed Michigan, I feel like maybe watching football isn’t for you. There are plenty of other hobbies out there though. Like making….TikToks? I guess? I don’t know my life is dominated by football right now so I got nothing. But yeah to give an in-depth statistical analysis of this game, Michigan good, Minnesota bad.

The Golden Gophers aren’t even undefeated in their conference play much less overall. I already talked about the level of team that Minnesota has been losing to this season so I feel safe in saying they don’t stand a chance against the second-best team in football right now. Alright, good things to say, good things to say, their quarterback has a cool last name. Kakilamains, no wait, Kurtcobain, wait no I got it this time, Kaliakmanis. There we go! Only took a couple of tries. On a real note this team goes where Darius Taylor goes so as long as Michigan shuts down the run game they’ll be chilling.

Wow, Michigan is so for real this year. I just casually scrolled through all their game lines and looked at the amount of points they’ve let up, and let me tell you, it’s crazy. 3,7,6,7,7. That averages to six points per game. Six. That has got to be the most stifling defense in football right now no questions asked. And on top of that, they have what the kids call a “solid offense”. J.J. McCarthy has been as good a dual-threat quarterback as you like, Roman Wilson has been catching his pants off, and Blake Corum has been a force of nature in that backfield.

There’s not much to say here. Michigan is the better team, so bet on the Wolverines!
