Conference tournaments are what life’s all about. This is where boys become men and teams can make magic happen. Hearst are broken, tears and blood are spilled, and anyone can be a game-winner. Unfortunately for the Big Ten, I don’t see how this tournament deviates from the norm. Purdue is going to win this with minimal difficulty.

I don’t think you need me to wax poetical here about the boilermakers. There is a reason why they’re at the top of their conference, and by a wide margin. Their offense is absolutely lethal. They’re tenth in the country in points per game, and second in the country in 3PT FG%. It also helps that they have a big man like Zach Edey down low for them because he allows them to be eighth in the country in rebounds. After this team’s disappointing end to their season last year I can only imagine how much more hungry they’ll be. Give me Purdue in a landslide.
